International Trade & Investment Partner Chris Skinner will speak on the “Routed Exports” panel at the Annual ICPA Conference on March 2, 2026.
Chris will unpack routed export transactions and provide guidance on how to navigate the intersecting requirements of the Export Administration Regulations and Foreign Trade Regulations. In addition, Chris will clarify the roles of the USPPI, FPPI, and the authorized US agent with respect to trade compliance. Attendees will gain an understanding of common pain points and potential penalties in order to tighten controls and minimize risk.
In addition to the “Routed Exports” panel, Chris will also lead the “Export Control Reform 2.0” panel on March 3, 2026.
