Ms. Trunk will participate in a panel discussion titled “Policy, Mechanics and Change within the Medicare Program.” This panel will address:

• Insights into the Part B landscape and potential changes to reimbursement and ASP
• Address the possibility for the use of International Pricing Index model for Part B drugs
• Forecast which programs are likely to see change and consider the potential impact on manufacturers
• Discuss the possibility for restrictions and elimination of protected classes
• Evaluate recent proposed changes to AKS rules around manufacturer rebates for PBM
• Assess implications of step therapy in medicare advantage
