Allison Pfeifle will present on the Illinois Trust Code on February 8, 2023 from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM CT.

Allison will provide an introduction to the Illinois Trust Code, and discuss the structure of the trust instrument and the duties of a trustee, as well as the how the Illinois Trust Code provides a number of different ways to modify an irrevocable trust. Her co-host will discuss income tax considerations for trusts and estates.
