Christine Quigley will present at the ABA RPTE Skills Training for Estate Planners virtual conference on August 12, 2022.
Christine and her co-presenter will provide a general overview of estate planning techniques to transfer wealth to younger generations and to charity while leveraging the client’s remaining estate and gift tax exemptions. They will explore techniques that include grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs), sales to intentionally defective grantor trusts, qualified personal residence trusts (QPRTs), and charitable remainder trusts.
