Partner Sarah Severson will present at the Family Wealth Alliance’s Executive Circle Meeting on March 31, 2022
Sarah will present “Incapacity: How to Talk About It, Identify It and Be Ready to Act”. In this session, she will use a case study to discuss how a formal process was put into place to handle family incapacity issues as they arise. Then, she will explain the process they used and the results to create an incapacity plan for the family and how it was incorporated in the Family Ruling Body Bylaws.
