Christine Quigley will present at the Illinois State Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section on September 7, 2022.

Christine will discuss the foundational elements of the Illinois estate tax and will walk through sample calculations in detail.  The program will address the assessment and calculation of the tax, the impact of lifetime gifts, its application to non-residents, and adjustments for out-of-state-property.
