Brian will present “The Silent Treatment: Trustee Duties to Disclose and Inform under Modern Trust Law.” He will discuss the law related to the trustee’s duty to inform and disclose information, the manner in which modern trust legislation, including the Hawaii Uniform Trust Code, has modified this duty, and drafting for the client who seeks to keep a tight lid on the flow of information to his or her beneficiaries.
