2026 Opus Prize
AFS counsel James Fahy has been selected to serve as a juror for the 2026 Opus Prize in collaboration with DePaul University.
The Opus Prize is given annually to recognize individuals and organizations of any faith tradition, anywhere in the world, solving today’s most persistent social problems. The $1 million award and two $100,000 prizes make up one of the world’s largest faith-based awards for social entrepreneurship. Since 2004, the Opus Prize Foundation has awarded over $24 million.
Opus Prize finalists are individuals and organizations who champion transformative change and show a sustained commitment to improving lives. Jim Fahy, along with his fellow jurors, will take part in the confidential process to select three finalists to receive awards by the Opus Prize Foundation.
