MacDonald Appointed as DRI's Retail & Hospitality Committee Chair

ArentFox Schiff is pleased to announce that Hospitality Practice Group Leader Ann MacDonald has been appointed chair of DRI’s Retail & Hospitality Committee.

Ann serves as co-chair of the firm’s Franchise and Distribution Client Service and Hospitality Industry teams. She represents hospitality companies and other clients in complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, class actions, franchise suits, and vicarious liability claims. Ann is consistently recognized by clients and peers for her successes. In 2022, she was named a BTI Client Service All-Star and has been named to the Illinois Leading Lawyers’ Emerging Lawyer List and Who’s Who Legal, Franchise.

DRI’s Retail and Hospitality Committee is the premier forum for lawyers who guide retail and hospitality companies through litigation and trials, with a particular focus on claim and lawsuit trends, legal updates, and trial skills and strategies.
