Prewitt Named Among Crain’s Chicago Notable Gen X Leaders in Law
Matt is a trial lawyer with a national practice focused on the law governing confidential business and personal information and the IT systems used to store, analyze, and transmit data. Clients engage Matt for his ability to translate complex business and technology disputes into compelling courtroom advocacy.
Matt is active in the Sedona Conference, a legal policy think tank, where he has drafted and edited white papers on e-discovery, data privacy and security, and trade secrets. He serves on the board of directors and oversees our firm’s pro bono work for GCE Lab School, which recently honored Matt and our firm for more than seven years of pro bono work. Matt also serves on the board of the Lincoln Park Conservancy, a public-private partnership funding major capital projects. Matt has been previously recognized by Best Lawyers and The Legal 500 and was named a Client Service All-Star by BTI Consulting Group.
