Nardeen thrives on tackling challenging legal issues and navigating complex cases with precision and insight. Whether managing high-stakes litigation or guiding clients through intricate regulatory challenges, her keen critical thinking skills enable her to approach each unique issue strategically, identifying innovative solutions and crafting compelling arguments.

Her practice spans a multidisciplinary set of industries and legal areas, including consumer products, deceptive advertising, longevity and healthspan, AI and emerging technologies, and other highly regulated sectors. Nardeen works closely with cross-functional teams to guide companies through complex legal and regulatory landscapes, including matters involving FTC and FDA regulatory strategy, marketing and advertising, product development and compliance, and issues affecting consumer-facing products and services.

In addition to her regulatory work, Nardeen supports clients across a broad range of enforcement and litigation contexts. Her experience includes assisting with government and internal investigations and matters involving the False Claims Act (FCA), Anti-Kickback Statute, Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), as well as complex commercial disputes, patent litigation, product liability and product-related challenges, class actions, and issues involving antitrust, competition, and mass tort exposure. She also works with individuals and corporations navigating inquiries by the Department of Justice and other enforcement authorities.

Across all areas of her practice, Nardeen brings a detail-oriented, forward-thinking approach that helps organizations operate confidently, mitigate risk, resolve disputes effectively, and meet the demands of rapidly evolving industries.

Client Work

Regulatory:

  • Reviewing FDA regulatory framework for medical devices, dietary supplements, drugs, and cosmetics
  • Advising on regulatory strategy and compliance, including FTC oversight
  • Reviewing labeling and promotional materials for companies that market medical devices, dietary supplements, drugs, and cosmetics for compliance with FDA requirements
  • Participation in regulatory and risk mitigation health care projects

White collar defense, and government investigations and enforcement involving:

  • the FCA, Anti-Kickback Statute, FARA, the FCPA, and
  • individuals and corporations under investigation by the Department of Justice

Complex Litigation:

  • Supporting clients through all phases of a dispute, from initial analysis and alternative dispute resolution through the preparation and filing of a lawsuit, discovery, and trial
  • Researching and writing for a broad range of legal matters in various stages of litigation, including pre-litigation, and settlement negotiations
  • Reviewing and analyzing discovery materials, including document review, and requests for production
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefing for complex disputes, including subpoenas, protective orders, motions to compel, motions to quash, motions for summary judgment, and motions in limine
  • Courtroom experience delivering opening statements and closing statements, as well as conducting direct examinations and cross-examinations

Previous Work

Nardeen joined ArentFox Schiff after earning her J.D. cum laude from New England Law | Boston, where she was awarded a full-tuition merit scholarship as part of the Sandra Day O’Connor Honors program. During law school, she served as Executive Development Editor for the New England Law Review and as a research assistant and editor to Professor Victor Hansen. She was also presented with the Trustee Martin C. Foster Service Award for significant service to the law school.

Prior to joining the firm, Nardeen gained experience through internships at the United States Attorney’s Office and the Federal Public Defender’s Office. She also served as a judicial intern for United States District Court Chief Magistrate Judge Donald L. Cabell and for Chief Justice John D. Casey of Massachusetts Probate and Family Court.

Before law school, Nardeen worked as a residential real estate agent in New York City and taught English and English literature in Israel.
