Simon F. Kung is an experienced trial lawyer and former federal prosecutor whose practice centers on complex patent litigation, with a particular emphasis on biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. Simon tried multiple federal jury cases as first chair, managing matters from investigation through verdict and served as the office’s international coordinator overseeing extraditions and other cross-border proceedings. At a notable law firm in California, Simon has represented some of the world’s leading life sciences companies in high-stakes patent disputes that protect core innovations and market leadership across therapeutic areas.
