AF Deal Flow: 28-Building DC-Area Portfolio Sells for Nearly $150 Million
Arent Fox recently advised DSC Partners, a District of Columbia based investment group, in the acquisition and financing of 28 office and flex buildings for $149 million.

The properties, which consist of approximately 1.3 million square feet of space, are located in three office parks in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Real Estate Practice Leader Thomas R. Castiello led a team from Arent Fox that advised on the deal. He was joined by Partner Rachel J. Richardson, Associate Ryan J. Witt, and Attorney Karen Ensor.
The properties, previously owned by PS Business Parks, include single-story and multi-story office and flex buildings. Tenants include MedStar Health, Children's Hospital, Intelligent Automation, Netcom Technologies, and the federal government.
