NABCA Legal Symposium on Alcohol Beverage Law & Regulation

The symposium will be hosted on March 18 -20, 2018 in Arlington, VA by the National Alcohol Beverage Control Association (NABCA). The event will explore legislative, regulatory, and judicial matters impacting the alcohol beverage industry. Mr. Carrol will moderate a panel titled, "Granholm: To Retail or Not to Retail" which will analyze the effects of the Granholm Supreme Court decision. Mr. Kelly will speak as part of a panel titled, “The Lens of Time: 1st versus 25th NABCA Legal Symposium.” The panel will outline some of the timeless topics associated with alcohol regulation and what can be learned from the past.
