Arent Fox Partner Kay Georgi will speak as part of a panel discussion titled “Recent Changes to the EAR.”

The event will be hosted by the CITBA Export Controls Committee on August 11, 2020. The panel will bring together “leading experts from BIS, industry and private practice discuss changes to military end use(r) controls and license exceptions CIV and APR.” Kay will be joined by Matthew Borman Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Export Administration and Julie Zack, Trade Counsel at Intel Corporation, as well as other attorneys from private practice.
