AFS Represents Vervent in Strategic Overseas Acquisition

ArentFox Schiff represented Vervent, Inc. in its acquisition of a high-performance business process outsourcing (BPO) organization in the Philippines in an expansion of its contact center and servicing business.

The ArentFox Schiff transaction team advised on all aspects of the asset purchase transaction, including due diligence, drafting of the transaction documents, coordinating the intricacies of Philippines law with local counsel, and the closing of the acquisition.
