ArentFox Schiff Represents Peakline Partners in Acquisition of Kalon Capital

ArentFox Schiff is pleased to have represented Peakline Partners LLC in its recently-announced acquisition of Kalon Capital LLC, a specialty finance company focused on equipment financing solutions for middle-market businesses. 

The acquisition expands Peakline’s equipment finance platform and enhances its ability to originate transactions directly, further strengthening its position in the specialty finance market. The transaction also broadens Peakline’s equipment financing capabilities and supports its continued growth strategy.

Founded in 2017, Peakline is a registered investment adviser and alternative investment firm focused on private credit, real estate, private equity, venture capital, and other alternative investments. Kalon Capital provides equipment financing solutions to businesses across a range of industries, including manufacturing, construction, technology, and critical infrastructure.
