ArentFox Schiff Advises NextPlat on Two Separate Investments in Progressive Care

We represented NextPlat Corp., a global e-commerce platform company, in its strategic investments in Progressive Care Inc., a personalized healthcare services and technology company.

The first investment of $6 million was completed on Sept. 6, 2022. Subsequently, we represented NextPlat Corp. in connection with a $10 million follow-on investment in Progressive Care. That transaction was completed on November 11, 2022.
