Craig Gelfound Named 'Top IP Attorney' by Daily Journal and 'Most Influential IP Attorney' by Los Angeles Business Journal
In addition, the Los Angeles Business Journal named Mr. Gelfound as one of the “Most Influential IP Attorneys” in Los Angeles in their August 14 edition, where they noted that he has been recognized “for his extraordinary track record with successfully monetizing intellectual property to maximize return on investment by procuring, managing, licensing, and enforcing domestic and global portfolios for multinational corporations, middle market companies, and emerging entrepreneurships.”
Mr. Gelfound has been recognized not only for his success in prosecuting and managing the domestic and global portfolios of major corporations, but also for developing an exceptional team and infrastructure to handle the ongoing growth in the Los Angeles office’s patent and trademark practice. Under Mr. Gelfound’s leadership, the Intellectual Property practice in Los Angeles has grown to over 35 lawyers and legal professionals.

Mr. Gelfound graduated with a JD, magna cum laude, from Southwestern University and received a BS in electrical engineering from San Diego State University. He brought considerable experience in telecommunications and technology to his practice, having designed signal processors for military radar applications when he worked for a major telecommunications company. Mr. Gelfound also served as project manager for one of the largest air traffic control radar contracts with the United States Air Force early in his career.
