Arent Fox Once Again Named ‘Best Place to Work’ by Human Rights Campaign

Arent Fox LLP is pleased to announce the firm has earned a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index and the distinction as a 2022 “Best Place to Work for LGTBQ+ Equality.”

The CEI is a benchmarking survey and report that measures corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. The survey uses detailed criteria falling under four central pillars: non-discrimination policies across business entities; equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families; supporting an inclusive culture; and, corporate social responsibility.
Arent Fox’s Diversity & Inclusion program is active through three main initiatives. OutFox is a mentor program designed to help connect LGBTQ and allied lawyers, paralegals, and alumni, Arent Fox Minority Attorneys Group maintains a strong commitment to diversity and strives to create a workplace that embraces different perspectives and cultures, and AFWomen advocates for women lawyers’ leadership firmwide, across industries, and within the community. For more than 15 years, the firm has annually provided Diversity Scholarships to second-year law students who demonstrate a commitment to practicing law at the highest level.
