ArentFox Schiff Counsels on ClimateRock’s $75M SPAC IPO
ArentFox Schiff LLP assisted with ClimateRock’s $75 million initial public offering.
Climate Rock is a newly organized blank check company incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company for the purpose of entering into a business combination with a focus on acquiring a target within the sustainable energy industry in the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development countries, including climate change, environment, renewable energy and emerging, clean technologies.
ArentFox Schiff served as counsel to sole book-running manager Maxim Group LLP for the offering, which closed on May 2, 2022.
