Jessica’s practice focuses on trade remedy actions, including antidumping and countervailing duty matters before the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission.
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Jessica worked as an attorney in the Department of Commerce’s Office of the General Counsel. There she advised clients in the International Trade Administration on statutory and regulatory requirements during antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings. She practiced before the US Court of International Trade, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, NAFTA, and the WTO, defending the International Trade Administration’s administrative determinations.
Life Beyond the Law
Jessica enjoys traveling, experimenting with cooking new recipes, and hiking.
