Matt's counseling includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, technology transactions, and financings. He resides in the firm's Washington, DC office.
Previous Work
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Matt was a senior counsel with an American multinational enterprise information technology company. In that role, he was primarily responsible for advising, structuring, and negotiating global outsourcing, professional service, and technology agreements with major clients in multiple industries. Before that, Matt was an Associate in the Corporate departments of both a large national law firm and a Magic Circle firm.
