Jill has extensive experience in managing the operational and regulatory concerns involved in health care transactions, ranging from new business and platform creation, single provider deals to some of the industry’s largest multistate transactions across multiple business lines. She also advises clients on health care regulatory issues involved in bankruptcies.
She also serves as an appointed member of the Steering Committee for the Firm’s Women’s Leadership Development Initiative.
Client Work
Jill has particular experience in representing a broad range of health care providers as well as investors and lenders to health care providers. Her work covers many different areas of health care, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, hospitals, hospices, home health agencies, continuing care retirement communities, physicians and physician practice management organizations, and ambulatory surgery centers.
In recent years, Jill has overseen the health care aspects of several complex transactions. In addition, she advises health care clients on issues such as licensing, certificate of need, fraud and abuse, health privacy, contracting, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, compliance, bankruptcy, and liability issues.
Previous Work
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Jill served as of counsel to Harris Beach, LLP’s business transactions and health regulatory practice groups.
Professional Activities
Jill is an active member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
