ArentFox Schiff advised Altaris Capital Partners on the approximately $241 million take-private acquisition of Intricon Corporation, an international joint development manufacturer engaged in designing, developing, engineering, manufacturing, and packaging miniature interventional, implantable and body-worn medical devices. The transaction was completed on May 24, 2022.
