ArentFox Schiff Launches Hospital Municipal Bonds Initiative
The initiative team has worked on structuring and restructuring of bonds financing hospitals, hospital closings and reconfigurations, health care regulatory issues, hospital mergers and acquisitions, and workouts and bankruptcies of distressed hospitals and other health care facilities.
“By assembling a team of attorneys from the health care, public finance, restructuring, and real estate sectors, we are well positioned to help creditors of distressed hospitals identify and address complex issues and most importantly, develop workable solutions,” said Mark Angelov, who co-leads the Hospital Municipal Bonds Initiative.
