Emilie has trial experience, including preparing and examining fact and expert witnesses in federal court, and delivering opening and closing arguments. She has experience with running complex eDiscovery projects as well as researching and drafting motions, pleadings, motions in limine, and appeals. Emilie is a thoughtful, diligent attorney who enjoys working collaboratively to achieve clients’ goals.

As a volunteer attorney with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services and the National Immigrant Justice Center, Emilie has represented pro bono clients in court in the areas of immigration, guardianship, and divorce.
