ArentFox Schiff Advises Kimball International in Announced $485M Sale to HNI Corporation
ArentFox Schiff is representing Kimball International, a commercial furnishings company, in its sale to HNI Corporation.
The two companies entered into a definitive agreement under which HNI will acquire all the outstanding shares of Kimball International in a cash and stock transaction valued at approximately $485 million. The transaction was announced March 8, 2023, and is expected to close by mid-2023. The ArentFox Schiff team is led by Jason Zgliniec and Sara Rosenberg.
