Ari has a wide range of experience as a labor & employment associate and a law clerk. She has skillfully defended and prosecuted various employment litigation matters and drafted orders and bench memoranda on a number of issues.

Previous Work

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Ari worked as a law clerk within the U.S. District Court working on various types of matters including employment discrimination, Title VII and Section 1983 claims, jurisdiction under the Federal Tort Claims Act, accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and matters under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

In addition, she has experience as both an associate at an AmLaw 100 firm and a staff attorney at a non-profit law firm.  While in law school, Ari was an articles editor for the UC Davis Law Review.
