Sisi works on a broad range of US regulatory issues involving international trade and investment, exports of controlled goods and services, and transactions involving sanctioned countries, persons, and entities.

Sisi has experience in economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).

Previous Work

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Sisi was an Associate at a boutique international trade law firm focused on technology companies. While in law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Robert McDonald of the Maryland Court of Appeals.

Life Beyond the Law

Outside of work, Sisi enjoys hiking, climbing, traveling in search of great food, and spending time with her family.
