Ji's practice primarily focuses on intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution. Ji has experience in various stages of federal district court litigation, including pre-suit investigations, fact and expert discovery, motion briefing, claim construction and trial. Ji also has experience with ITC proceedings and international trade matters.
Previous Work
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Ji was an associate at an international law firm and focused on intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution matters.
